Understanding Our Innate Interconnectedness and Belonging as a form of Healing and Mending Cycles of Trauma

Ecological Belonging

Reconnecting to Ourselves, Each Other, and the Natural World

As part of The Wellbeing Project, my work on Ecological Belonging centered on reweaving the deep connections between individuals, communities, and the natural world. Through research and thought leadership across 12+ diverse tracks, I’ve collaborated with cross-cultural partners to explore the critical role of belonging in fostering relational, empathetic environments. I focused on how we can remember, renew, and reweave these connections to address global challenges such as climate change, mental health, and social isolation.

In this work, I led the development of storytelling strategies/content creation, strategic global partnerships, research dissemination, and innovative leadership dialogues. By integrating these insights with the lived experiences of global communities, we inspire transformational change rooted in ecological interdependence, compassion, and collective healing.
